The Jogl backend is not compatible with Android. For that you should use the Android backend. com.badlogic.gdx.backends.android.AndroidMusic should get you similar functionality.

You should never directly use the backend classes! Seems like i have missed some public constructors.

we include tritonus in the jogl and lwjgl backend due to the way we decode mp3 and ogg streams for Sound and Music instances. however, we don't expose tritonus in the api directly. Instead ee give you Audio, Sound and Music which should suffice for most game dev needs. If you need the PCM data directly there's nothing holding you back from using tritonus on android as well directly. just add the jar as a dependency to your android project. it will probably be slow though.

The audio related classes of libgdx itself should be able to playback wav files on all platforms. see the java docs for more information.
