Jitter Low Res!

I have my game with low res sprites (16x16), with tiles etc, but when i move some sprite, or move the camera, it starts to jitter, i dont know how this happen when in old style games this dont happens, someone knows a technique that can solve this problem? I saw so many post and didnt find the solution, :(

did you fix your timestep already and added interpolation/extrapolation to your rendering ?

this always solves my "jitter" issues.

Or someone knows how to achieve pixel perfect movement? My PPU is 16 (pixels per unit) all my world is scaled by that
