G3D Binary SkeletonModel export/import

Attached are implementations/changes for a binary/chunk SkeletonModel exporter and importer. I posted earlier that there was a bug, but the problem was that the animations are not in the same order and the robot was playing slump instead of shoot -- I am a dork.
