The application looks great, except for the "xxxx FIXME" in the very last sentence. Hopefully that's an intentional trap to catch reviewers in. :)

Nah, i just don't know Talin's real name, and didn't want to expose his e-mail here :) Thanks for the feedback, bummer you can't commit to being a mentor.

I fixed up our application, we should be ready now in terms of that.

We can focus on improving our idea list over the next few days. I just added two new ideas: scripting support and high-level game engine, see https://code.google.com/p/libgdx/wiki/G ... OfCode2013 If you don't agree with the mentors i assigned, just remove your name.

Trying to get a hold of davedes, i think he'd be a good match for these two projects as well.

I am also in. I read the guides and it looks like 5-10 hours a week is more than enough.

I am happy to take the mentoring role in the Scripting Support and High-level Game Engine projects.

I am also keen on the Social Network Extension and IAP parts.

Mario - you know my personal details, but could re-send them if needed.

I also like the idea of the mentor's page in the wiki.

I updated the Wiki article to point to the mentors page where appropriate. This means we have a mentors page now, see https://code.google.com/p/libgdx/wiki/G ... 013Mentors

If anybody takes offense but what i wrote, let me know and we fix it.

I think you should try and get some faces on people, if they're willing :) Let me know if I can help out in any way.

Added two new ideas: websocket support (requires changes in net module), and [https://code.google.com/p/libgdx/wiki/GoogleSummerOfCode2013?ts=1363873237&updated=GoogleSummerOfCode2013#Project:_Simplified_3D_Physics_API_and_HTML5_implementation simplified 3D physics API], so we can use that in the browser as well.
