Separate bullet into pieces (remove box2d from core?)

Xoppa and i just discussed separating the individual pieces of bullet (collision, dynamics, softbody) into separate native libs. That way one could select a subset of bullet and don't pay with increased code size.

I was also thinking of getting rid of box2d in core. Not sure, but it just feels right, it's the only thing that i feel doesn't belong there.

I'd welcome this move - keeps the core lean. As long as it's documented I don't see any harm in this.
