One way is to learn one and then learn another.
Then make a decision and dive deeper.

If you want to learn programming take libGDX if you want to make a fast Game take Unity.

LibGDX is better performance wise on Android. Unity is easier, but it contains a lot of bloat weight that can slow it down to nearly nothing on cheaper phones.

For 2D I'd stick to learning LibGdx.
I think learning all of that programming thanks to LibGdx can only help.

For 3D I'd probably go with Unity or Unreal. Building a 3D world with LibGdx sounds like a bit of a nightmare without some kind of proper 3D level editor. Still, I'm really looking forward to making an attempt to do so. I'm pretty much all in on LibGdx right now and have spent a lot of time and a little bit of money in trying to learn as much of it as I can this year.

For 3D Godot might be worth considering too.
For 2D you can't go wrong with libGDX.
